Prayers over our children

Thank You for allowing winds to come against my children. For it is in weathering their storms that they develop the strength and character necessary to succeed throughout their lives. James 1:2-4

Teach my children to put all anxiety to rest and learn to pray the life changing power available to those who live a life pleasing to you … may the resurrected power of Christ dwell in my children so they may become a mighty force for Your kingdom leading Your sheep back home! James 5:16-20

May the Lord make my children increase, excel, and overflow in love for one another and for all people… just as I do for them! 1Th 2:14

Stop my children from praying for show! Don’t let them become like the hypocrites who love to stand and pray in the churches and street corners so they can be seen by men … for if they do their reward will come from men and not from You. Matthew 6:5

Oftentimes my children forget that God’s children aren’t just the people that seem nice or other Christians or the people that seem safe…  but ALL the precious people God created. Let my children find ways to express Your love to the world around them… for You reside in every person walking the planet (whether they…

The world around us is under the power and control of the evil one. My children are safe, Your Son holds them securely so that the evil one cannot get his hands on them. Keep my children away from anything that might take Your place in their hearts. 1Jn 5:18-19
