As my children mature, I pray they begin to rejoice when they see people acting differently from ‘the world’… following the Lord in obedience instead! Make my house strong so the enemy can’t use us to hurt each other. As I parent Your remarkable children… I will keep them from hunger, anger, loneliness, and exhaustion… that is when they become vulnerable and make bad decisions. Focus my children on solutions … not problems. Let them tackle their day with a happy heart, confidently knowing that You are in control. They will spend at least a few minutes getting the word of God in them either through song, a teacher, nature, or my voice! I believe that their life, health, love…

May others look upon my children as strong, courageous, joyful and loving servants of God… and know that You are all powerful and worthy of praise and thanksgiving. I pray others will turn to You because of my children. Jos 2:11

Left alone my children are vulnerable and incomplete. Surround them with Christians of all ages who continually motivate them to love Christ better and better. Create among them a spirit of Christian community where it isn’t odd or weird for them to reach out to each other for prayer or spiritual based encouragement. 3Jn 1:1-2
