May my children remember our talks with joy and want to spend time with me as much as I want to be with them. I receive comfort in my own suffering when my children remain strong in their faith. How I thank God for them! 1Th 3:7

Today, each of my children will encounter at least one person who is hurting … whether they recognize the pain or not. May my children be the encouragers of this world bringing hope and joy to everyone they meet. When my children are hurting, I pray they realize You haven’t turned your back on them…
Let no one deceive my children with persuasive arguments. Give them complete understanding that all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ. Knit my children together with strong ties to other believers so they will always abide in You. Col 2:2-4
Reveal and develop the unique abilities my children possess so that they may understand their life’s assignment, then give them the gusto to take action! Romans 12:6
Take my children’s hand so they will feel the warmth of Yours. They will not seek pleasure from worldly desires that lead to destruction but rather seek experiences that draw them closer to You. They will give and receive only love. Dt 31:8
Stop my children from praying for show! Don’t let them become like the hypocrites who love to stand and pray in the churches and street corners so they can be seen by men… for it they do their reward will come from men and not from You. Mt 6:5
Left alone my children are vulnerable and incomplete. Surround them with Christians of all ages who continually motivate them to love Christ better and better. Create among them a spirit of Christian community where it isn’t odd or weird for them to reach out to each other for prayer or spiritual based encouragement. 3 John…
