I pray my children will invite the Word to penetrate them through and through with its full power and authority for the purpose of sanctifying them as they are trying to walk with You while battling peer pressure. John 17:15-18, 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24

I pray my children love those around them and remain faithful to others You place in their lives. When they do, my children’s lives will not only be filled with earthly blessings but more importantly have access to Your place of Shelter… and remind them that love is ‘doing’ not just ‘feeling’! Show them opportunities…

When my children are on my last nerve and I feel overcome with irritability, selfishness, anger, or resentment for my present circumstances, may I recognize the root of the problem… which is NOT my children, but my hungry soul needing to rest in You. As my children walk throughout their day, may the whispers and jeers fade as they are filled with your Sprit. They are Your children; loving, strong, wise and beautiful… do not let the world bring them down and crush them. 1 Jn 3:1  

May the Lord make my children increase, excel, and overflow in love for one another and for all people … just as I do for them! 1Thessalonians 2:14

Praying repetitive empty words blocks my children’s prayers from reaching You. May they talk to You from their hearts! Matthew 6:7-8
