Don’t let anyone lead my children astray with empty philosophy and high sounding nonsense that comes from human thinking and from the evil powers of this world… and not from Christ. Col 2:8

Give my children the kind of faith that will give them the patience to wait for everything good that they want. Let them delight in and celebrate You so that You will give them the desires of their heart. Psalms 37:4,7 

Do not allow my children to self destruct. Show them that the laws of nature apply to them, that their bodies are not invincible, that only their spirits abiding in You can withstand the pressures and focus of the natural world. Left alone my children are vulnerable and incomplete. Surround them with Christians of all ages who continually motivate them to love Christ better and better. Create among them a spirit of Christian community where it isn’t odd or weird for them to reach out to each other for prayer or spiritual based encouragement. 3John 1:1-2

Nothing blocks promise like prayers NOT prayed. In order to receive Your blessings my children must humble themselves and ask! James 4:2

I trust Christ to save me. Use my life to teach my children that God’s way of making us right with Himself depends on faith, not their own goodness. Let them experience the mighty power that raised Christ from the dead. Philippians 3:9-10
