Stop my children from praying for show! Don’t let them become like the hypocrites who love to stand and pray in the churches and street corners so they can be seen by men… for it they do their reward will come from men and not from You. Mt 6:5

Join my children to Christ’s body by his strong sinews so they are nourished and strengthened by You. Show them that the only way to receive Your strength and blessing on earth is to bind their lives to Jesus Christ. Focus my children on solutions … not problems. Let them tackle their day with a happy heart, confidently knowing that You are in control. They will spend at least a few minutes getting the word of God in them either through song, a teacher, nature, or my voice! I believe that their life, health, love…

You promise to make my home joyful and favored if I am consistently righteous.  Make me grateful for that promise so I take it.  In doing so my children will taste the blessing and someday place their home on the same foundation as mine. Pr3:33

Give my children x-ray vision… to be able to spot the goodness in every situation. Just for today, I pray my children make a conscious effort to only see the good in every person and every moment.
