I want to be a good example for my children. Help me understand that true joy and peace are directly tied to my faith. If I want more joy, or more peace … I must simply ask You for more faith. Just as eating pie brings a smile to my face, asking for more faith brings a smile to my soul. Eating pie last week didn’t do anything for me today … and neither will my prayers from last week sustain me through today!

The fiery trials that come against my children are meant to burn the ropes that bind them and set my children free. May they stand in fearless confidence with steadfast patience and endurance so they may fully accomplish the will of God and receive what is promised! Hebrews 10:35-36, Daniel 3:23-25
My children will not receive the fruit of Your promise if they ask with wrong motives. I wouldn’t give a beggar provisions to buy beer and neither will God bless my children if they are solely motivated by their own selfish pleasures. Jas 4:3
Thank you Lord for placing remarkable people around my children’s table. May they draw from the spirits of those living from that deep place of fire within … so that the souls of my children catch fire, burn brightly, and bring light to our broken world. As they take action to fulfill the deep longing…
Let my children rejoice in triumph of their everyday battles and not become weary… it is a sign that God is preparing them for greater battles that will not only result in rich blessing for their own lives but eventually advance the Kingdom of Heaven. 1Sa 17:37
