If my children don’t have peace, reveal to them the root. If the cause is their own sin may they confess it today, stop the sinful behavior, and most importantly RECEIVE forgiveness so Your joy may come to them!

Teach my children that earthly prosperity is NOT the goal but the result! Help them understand that seeking Your will then following it is the goal… for they will become so filled with joy, peace, and love that prosperity will simply become a fringe benefit… the frosting on the cake… and every parent knows that…

When my children feel trapped and alone along the path You set before them, tell them to fear not and stand firm, confident, and undismayed. You promised to fight for them so they will not lose their peace as they rest in the comfort of Your embrace… like a small child in his father’s arms….
