When my children find themselves obsessing over things in their life rather than making the most out of each moment, may they STOP and know they are displeasing You … and pray for redirection! 2 Timothy 2:16

As my children charge through their day and face the many battles waiting for them outside our door (and in their own hearts) make Your presence known. Let them know You have their back so they may confidently traverse the path You have set before them. Dt 20:1  

You know what You are doing. You have it all planned out. Plans to take care of my children, not abandon them. Plans to give them the future they hope for. When they call on You, when they come and pray to You, You will listen. When they come looking for You, You’ll find them….

Teach my children not to waste their time and energy on things that cannot be changed. Help them to look forward and press on. Remind them that you have plans for them and they are good. Show my children specific areas of their lives where they are displeasing You. May they repent, receive forgiveness and then work to remove those behaviors from their lives. In doing so, they will be free to live a life that is full of joy, peace, and much love! 2Ti 3:15-17

As my children mature, give them the right amount of Your wisdom at just the right time. May they steadily grow in Your Word so they don’t become overwhelmed and stumble. Your promises are great … but we must each learn the doors we must walk through in order to receive them. Psalms 112:1
