I pray my children recognize that their resources are all from You. May they seek Your will and then believe You. I’m quite sure You are asking them to do far more than they believe they are capable of achieving… and I am even more certain the resources You have given them are far greater…

Reveal to my children their unique gifts. Give them the wisdom and courage to manage them well so that your generosity can flow through them. 1Pt 4:10

You purposely created my children with a need that only You can meet. When they come to depend on other sources to fill that need they are guilty of idolatry. May they recognize what they are doing, stop, and learn to enjoy the fullness of a daily relationship with You. 2Peter 3:9, Isaiah 55:6

Lord, help my children run with exuberance. Give them endurance by stripping off every weight that slows them down. Teach them to keep their eyes on Jesus and know that they are His joy. Heb 12:1-2

Reveal to my children the secret to experiencing Your constant presence… God walks with and pours blessing upon those walking with him, not the other way around! May my children learn to walk with God rather than begging Him to walk with them! 2 Co 2:14, Ps. 84:5
