I pray my children put all anxiety to rest and learn to pray with grateful hearts making their requests known to You… for You promise Your peace in the hearts and minds of those who begin to trust and rely on Christ Jesus! Php 4:6-7

Help my children understand what it means to honor one another above themselves. Let them experience the unexpected joy of helping others and the unbelievable peace that comes when they stop believing that their way is the only way. Romans 12:10

Let my children live by their spiritual values every day. May these principals be the light that guides them and offers stability and structure to their inner world. When that world is in order, they can navigate their way through anything. Jos 1:7-9

Give my children the wisdom necessary to understand the magnitude of Christ’s sacrifice. You teach us that sin has earthly consequences and You also teach us how to avoid the eternal consequences of our sin. Encourage my children to share each other’s problems and troubles. Help them keep each other on the right path being careful not to fall into the same temptations themselves. Give them Your wisdom so they can gently and humbly help others overcome sin. Galatians 6:1-2 

Pride is the bitter enemy of my children. Humility is their dear friend. May I humble myself before God so that humility will be mine.
