I pray my children will turn to You often throughout their day in praise and thanksgiving for the many, many blessings You have given them … their warm beds, the refreshing warmth of the sun, the warmth of my smile, and all the little surprises waiting for them as they live today. Psalms 19:13
Our world offers powerful substitutes for needs that only God can meet. Show my children that it is their union with Christ that makes them complete. He is the only answer. Colossians 2:8-10
You know what you are doing. You have it all planned out. Plans to take care of my children, not abandon them. Plans to give them the future they hope for. When they call on You, when they come and pray to You, You will listen. When they come looking for You, You’ll find them….
Let my children experience the exquisite peace and contentment that You have given to me. Then they will crave more and seek opportunities for righteous living … for Your confidential communion and secret counsel are only with those who are upright and in right standing with You. Proverbs 3:32
The fiery trials that come against my children are meant to burn the ropes that bind them and set my children free. May they stand in fearless confidence with steadfast patience and endurance so they may fully accomplish the will of God and receive what is promised! Heb 10:35-36, Da 3:23-25
Bless my children with the kind of faith that empowers them to receive what they ask for in prayer. Prompt them to forgive all grudges they are holding against others.
