I pray my children stand firm and NEVER give in to a coldness of heart. May they never allow the enemy to talk them into protecting themselves relationally by shutting their hearts up in a steel box.

You reveal things to my children they can neither prove nor explain. May they stop living beneath their spiritual privilege and LISTEN to the promptings warning them to avoid certain situations or certain people … I pray they stay connected to You so this incredible insight into discernment may always be present in their lives….
Show my children specific areas of their lives where they are displeasing You. May they repent, receive forgiveness and then work to remove those behaviors from their lives. In doing so, they will be free to live a life that is full of joy, peace, and much love! 2Ti 3:15-17
eep my children from jumping to false conclusions. When they see each other seemingly displeasing You, let them take the time to ask for each other’s explanation. Most likely, all is well, as the Israelites discovered of their brethren in the matter of the Lord’s alter near the Jordan. Joshua 22
When someone exits my children’s life… that doesn’t mean they are being abandoned… it just means that part of their story is over. May they continue to embrace those that cross their paths then joyfully send them off at parting time. Ruth 1:14-16, 2Sa 12:20
My children will follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit within them and stay away from sin. The act is arbitrary. That is why God says that breaking one law or commandment is as detrimental as breaking them all! The fact that we reject His authority is all that matters, on a large or small…
When my children complain they become confused when it backfires! May they learn to simply ask for what they need or want from me instead of assuming, demanding, or complaining! Php 2:14
